A Plate Heat Exchanger consists of a number of pressed & punched gasketed channel plates. These are clamped together in a frame by tightening bolts. Alternate plates are inverted and the gapes between the plates form liquid flow channels, each liquid flowing in alternate channels. The liquid is sealed against the atmosphere by RUBBER GASKETS. Therefore only one plate but also the gaskets have very important role to play for the effective operation of the equipment.

The right selection of material (MOC) for required working Parameters and its correct designed configuration plays a vital role for smooth and successful running of PHE.While selecting the suitable material (MOC) for rubber gasket for required parameters, we normally choose it out of polymers like:-
NBR              (Nitro Butadine Rubber)
Neoprene      (Chloroprene)
EPDM            (Ethylene Propelene Dien Monomer)
Silicon
Butyle           -Resin cured Butyle Rubber
                     -Chloro Butyle

                     -Bromo Butyle

                     -Siliconised Butyle

Hypalone
Viton             - (Floro Elastomer)

Physical properties for which we make Rubber Gaskets are low temperature resistant from -72ºC to high temp. Resistant for 110ºC,125ºC,148ºC,250ºC, 315ºC.
Compression set and permanent set resistant, resistant to Gas, Water, Oil (Edible and non.-edible)
steam etc. Resistant to impact shocks, vibration, shear-tear, Flax cracks Resistant to abrasion, Friction, Radiation, Corona-Ozone, Infra Red, Ulra Violet Rays.
Rubber Gaskets for any type of make for plate heat exchanger not shown herein can be developed & manufactured by us within a specific period. Our plate heat exchanger gaskets manufacturing range varies from 200mm.to3000mm.length i.e. smallest to bigger.

We are manufacturing complete range of rubber components used in PHES. Regasketing of PHE plates. We undertake the complete job of regasketing with our manufactured gasket Cement in our fully equipped workshop. Regasketing plates are post cured at certain temperature in hot air oven in order to enhance the anchorage of gasket with the PHE plates, which avoids dislocation (falling out ) of gasket during operation/chemical cleaning.
